Is there a free version?
Yes: Sphere Lite, free for good. Your read, a new one whenever you add more about yourself, a two-week plan every quarter and a saved read on anyone you work with. Upgrade when you want Sphere with you every week.
Does my company see my results?
Your company sees group results, for groups of three or more, and how far along you are. In the default setting it never sees your scores, and it never sees your conversations with Sphere.
Do the people I invite have to pay?
No. People you invite start on Sphere Lite, and each of them can upgrade on their own.
Can I use my own assessment results?
Yes. Upload a personality report you already have, and Sphere uses it in place of its own questions.
How does billing work?
You pay every three months, or once a year for about 20% less. Either way, the price shown is per person, per month.
Do bigger teams pay less?
Every plan is one price per person, whatever your team's size. For 50 people or more, book a demo and we'll quote volume pricing.
