Stop wasting your talent.
Every busy manager lets some of their team’s talent go to waste. Across a whole company, that’s a lot of people. Spherikal gives every manager a chief of staff for the people part of the job, built on your leadership model.

Where it goes to waste
- You find out your best people were unhappy in the exit interview.
- Your feedback culture runs on one form a year.
- Your top 50 leaders get an assessment, a 360 and a coach. The managers below them get none of it.
Every manager gets coached
Every manager, every week, coached on the real conversations in front of them.
Your model in every conversation
Sphere coaches to your competency model, your values and your coaching language, so development sounds like your company.
Group results you can act on
See where groups are growing and where they're stuck, for groups of three or more.
When you understand every manager and every team this well, you see your organization differently.
Start with a pilot
One team or one cohort, for 60 to 90 days. Here’s each step, and what you get at it.
Step 1 of 4
Pick one team or cohort
A leadership program, a new-manager cohort, or one leader's whole team. We set the measures of success together before anyone signs in.
A Client Executive
One person who knows your rollout, your model and your people, from the pilot onward.
Programs and cohorts
Run a leadership program with every development plan living in Spherikal, where Sphere follows up, instead of in a PDF.
Step 2 of 4
Make it yours
Sphere learns how your company leads, and connects to the systems you already run.
Your leadership model
Bring your competency model, coaching language and resources. Sphere coaches to yours first.
The reports you already have
Upload the personality reports your people already have. Sphere uses them in place of its own questions.
Microsoft 365, in one approval
Your admin approves once to connect your directory and Teams, and each person links their own Outlook calendar.
Your HR system, or an invite link
We connect your HR system with you and bring in your roster. Or people join from an invite link, and you hand us nothing else.
Step 3 of 4
Everyone meets their coach
Each person starts with a six-minute read, then brings in the people they work with.
Privacy controls
Group results by default, a minimum group size you set, consent by country, and privacy changes logged.
An admin console
Programs, roles, your roster, group results and privacy settings in one place.
Step 4 of 4
Read the results together
We look at the group results with you and decide what's next.
Engagement across your reporting lines
Run engagement surveys and see each manager's team rolled up through your reporting tree, for groups of three or more.
Volume pricing
Per-person pricing that drops as you grow, quoted for your organization.
What everyone sees
Each person sees their own read. Your organization sees group results and how far along each person is.
Where you’re strong
You spot the flaw in a plan early.
Working with you
Bring a problem early, with a first idea.

Tip Bring Jordan a problem early, with a first idea, and you’ll get help solving it.

Your team’s been under strain lately.
Tip Thank Ryan for flagging the testing risk on Monday.
Strain is the whole team’s, never who
- Working styleTips, never scores
- Competency readShapes their tips, never shown
- Coaching chatsWhat they share, plus team-wide strain, never who
- Plan and goalsWhat they share
- 360 feedbackReviews the rater list, sees no answers
- Team resultsTheir team, 3 or more
Groups of 3 or more, never a name
- Working styleGroup results only
- Competency readGroup results only
- Coaching chatsNo
- Plan and goalsParticipation only
- 360 feedbackRound status and counts, never answers
- Team resultsGroups of 3 or more
A coach the person chooses and HR approves also sees their full assessment results, their plan and goals, their 360 answers without names, and short labels for any strain Sphere notices. Never what they’ve said to Sphere. Anyone can turn off the tips colleagues get about working with them. What HR sees is the default setting: only a Client Executive can change it, and anyone can keep their own results out of it in Settings.
